Tabligh Akbar was held after Zuhr prayer at the Muhammadiyah Limau Bendi School (LBS) complex in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta with speaker Abdullah Gymnastiar (Aa Gym) on Monday, (02/09/24).
Jama’ah consisting of students, teachers, employees and the general public were very enthusiastic in attending the Tabligh Akbar. The Tabligh Akbar event was opened by the Muhammadiyah Branch Leader (PCM) Kebayoran Baru South Jakarta Ahmad Said Matondang ME, Sy. also accompanied the Head of the Primary and Secondary Education Assembly Syahrul Zamal MM.
In his tausiyah, Aa Gym said that he really appreciated the Muhammadiyah Association, because the progress of its struggle can be seen everywhere, this is proven by so many schools, hospitals, orphanages and others, “Muhammadiyah talks a little bit of real work,” said Aa Gym.
For this reason, continued Aa Gym, I hope that from this Muhammadiyah College future national leaders will be born who are honest, fair, wise and wise who can provide welfare for all Indonesian people.
At the end of his tausiyah, Aa Gym invited all the congregation present, especially the students, to pray earnestly to Allah SWT, so that parents will bless his efforts in studying, so that his hopes and aspirations can be achieved.
